How do I know what size tent I need?

By filling in the information below, you will be assured of having adequate space for the special event that you are planning.  If a question should arise, we're prepared and eager to help.

It's easy to figure out what size dance floor you need:  Take the number of people attending and divide by 4 = the number of couples dancing at a time.  Couples dancing x 10 = total square feet for dance floor .................

Band needs 15 sq. ft. for each band member ....................
Head Table

Simply add all the totals that you have figured and you will know the square footage you need to accommodate your party under a tent.  Keep in mind that these dimensions are guidelines and some adjustments may be necessary.  We'll be happy to help you fine tune the planning.

NOTE: One other important thing to remember when renting a tent is the size of the space where the tent is to be set-up.  This area needs to be 10' longer and 10' wider than the actual size of the tent itself in order to allow room to stake the tent (i.e., 30' x 40' tent needs a 40' x 50' space to fit).

What are your rental periods?

Our rates are for a two day period except for tents 20' x 30' in size and smaller, which are per day.

A Weekend Rental - Pick-up or we deliver Friday between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and returned by noon Monday.

A Weekday Rental - Pickup or we deliver anytime during the day and returned within 48 hours.

Do you deliver?

Yes.  There is a minimum order required for delivery of items other than tents.

There is a $50 delivery charge on all orders $50 and over except those that include the rental of a tent, in which case the delivery charge is waived.  Orders under $50 have a $60 delivery charge.  If delivery is outside the local area, an additional charge will be quoted.  Tables, chairs and other rental items are door-to-door or dock-to-dock unless other arrangements are made in advance.   Any additional charges for setup, take down, security, cleaning, etc. will be quoted.

When do you require payment?

Final payment is due prior to delivery by cash, check, or credit card. If paying by check the check must be received at least 2 weeks prior to delivery.

How much of a deposit do you require?

There is a 50% deposit required on all reservations at the time they are placed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposit is non-refundable if order is canceled less than 14 days prior to the rental date.

What are your business hours and location?

Monday and Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

What is the procedure for donations requests?

Nolan's Rental has a limited budget for charitable donations. All organizations requesting a donation or sponsorship, monetary or otherwise, must fill out a Donation/Sponsorship Request Form. This form will be reviewed by management. All Donations/Sponsorship Request Forms must be received at least 30 days prior to the event for consideration. All donations will be evaluated on a case by case basis for approval.
