Larger Tent Sizes Available - Prices Quoted
Stake and pole tent prices are for one rental period. The rental period for tents 20' X 30' and smaller is one full day. The rental period for tents 20' X 40' and larger is an entire weekend. Stake and pole tents 20' X 30' and smaller are available for entire weekend rentals at one and one half the daily rental rate. Additional charge quoted for jobs requiring set-up on asphalt where stakes must be driven in (see Freestanding Tents); weekly or long-term rentals quoted. Prices include set-up, removal and two side curtains with all tents except 50' & 60' wide tents (8' sidewall $1.50/ft.) Additional solid sides available for $1.00/ft. Cathedral sidewall $1.50/ft.
There is an additional charge for delivery outside local area. There is an additional charge for tents that require take-down on the same day as set-up if after regular business hours.
